The deluxe LVG system comes standard with many features including our performance-proven 20:1 ratio gel-coat pump complete with special hardened fluid section and triple seal design. This dynamic pump was designed to handle high viscosity gel-coats with excellent volume control for all applications. Also included on the deluxe LVG system is a solid-state, in-line heater to insure constant material temperatures. Maintaining constant material temperature allows the system to be sprayed at the lowest possible pump pressure thus reducing styrene emissions to their lowest possible levels. Another standard feature is the Glas-Craft Catalyst Flow Monitoring System. This monitoring system, along with the Glas-craft all stainless-steel Model SP-85 Catalyst Slave Pump provides constant and exact dispensing of catalyst part after part. The LVG System is completed with the Glas-Craft LPA-II-AAC Spray Gun.

AAC spray technology is proven to deliver the highest transfer efficiency of any gel-coat spray gun available. AAC air assist containment provides a soft and extremely controllable spray pattern while lowering styrene and the resulting VOC emissions!
