Re-circulation...
Materials re-circulation allows resin and catalyst to
cycle up to the dispense head and back to their containers,
un-mixed. This keeps pigments and fillers suspended in the
resin. It also allows the catalyst line to be de-gassed without
wasting material. Changing materials is an easy task, with no
waste.
Air/Solvent
Flush...
The re-useable static mixing element can be initially
cleaned with the air purge. The remaining resin and catalyst can
be rinsed out with solvent, then followed by a drying air purge.
This will leave the dispense head and mixing element clean, dry,
and ready for the next injection.
Pneumatic
Trigger... reduces
pressure shock to the mold.

high-production design featuring a reliable 5" Air Motor
which can develop to 1100 psi fluid pressure and delivering 2.5
gpm.
