INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING AUROMAT

For manual or spray up resin applications: The AUROMAT should be cut to fit the mold using a trim knife or hand scissors.

1.  Apply a layer of fiberglass saturating it with resin. Roll it out thoroughly.

2.  Place the AUROMAT on top of the wet resin. Then impregnate the topside of the AUROMAT layer with resin (it can be sprayed on).

3.  After 20 to 30 seconds the binder has dissolved. Then you can form AUROMAT to fit virtually any shape. Be sure to saturate AUROMAT. The excess resin will flow to the surface and will be absorbed by the next layer of fiberglass.

4.  In order to ensure a smooth surface, adjacent pieces of AUROMAT should be butt jointed rather than overlapped. Since the wet AUROMAT will stretch, pieces can be easily joited with a roller


Now the final layer of fiberglass can be applied!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STORING AUROMAT

Store vertically. Do not lay down.

Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Each roll has a label with the following information: lot #, date, width, length, thickness.
