I am writing in
regards to the courses that I was fortunate enough to take
recently @ Minicraft University, both the Heavy-duty fiberglass
repair and Gel-kote repair and color tint classes. I was
very impressed with Paul, not only his vast knowledge, but his
ability to convey that knowledge in a manner that was easy to
grasp. Paul not only taught me a better way of accomplishing the
repairs, he gave me the confidence that the techniques were
repeatable in a real world setting. I cannot say enough
wonderful things concerning the experience that I had while
there.
I would also like to
express my gratitude for the way you handled a recent Gel-kote
order which we placed with you. I placed an order for a quart of
gel using the boat's hull number, the manufacturer specified a
color. However the color did not match, and there was no
adjusting it to match. I contacted you with the problem, which
you handled with patience, returning to the manufacturer for a
new color code. When that too was the absolute wrong color, the
boat manufacturer sent me their color standard for that
boat, which was also wrong. You stepped in and asked for a color
chip from the boat, and created a custom color match for me. The
match was as close to perfect as you can get. Where other
companies would have said they were unable to help me, you rose
to the challenge and helped me through a very trying project.
That was one of the first orders that we placed with you and
will not be the last. Minicraft's superior customer service
makes the daily operation of a repair shop a little easier.
Thankyou for your efforts.
